cssportfolio welcomes you to our website. Down below we have provided information of our terms and conditions which must be accepted before and during the use of our website service.
Section 1: Acceptance of Terms of Service -
By registering on our website, you comply and agree to our following terms which may be updated from time to time without the notice of the user. You may always find the latest version of the Terms of Service on this page.
Section 2: Portfolio Submissions -
We ask that you please confirm and look over your portfolio information thoroughly before submission. Once submitted, you grant cssportfolio full rights to post your company information to our members. Companies caught submitting false and or inappropriate information will be permanently blacklisted from our service. You may submit an individual portfolio every 6 months. Submitting your company repeatedly in an attempt to be featured, will result in a suspension and or ban from our service.
At cssportfolio, we do our best to feature as many portfolios as possible. However, cssportfolio cannot guarantee your portfolio will be featured.
Section 3: Company Deals -
We ask that you please confirm and look over your deal thoroughly before submission. Once submitted, you grant cssportfolio full rights to post your deal to our members. Companies caught submitting false and or inappropriate information will be permanently blacklisted from our service. Companies are permitted to submit one deal per every month.
At cssportfolio, we do our best to feature as many deals as possible. However, cssportfolio cannot guarantee your deal will be posted.
Section 4: Links -
cssportfolio reviews all portfolios prior to submitting them to our members. We try to ensure that the company's website is safe and reliable. However, we are not responsible for any of the content linked on any third parties website. Clicking a link within cssportfolio, is at the members own risk.
Section 5: User Discussion -
Keeping our discussion boards clean and safe is a high priority at cssportfolio; the following actions will not be tolerated.
- Abuse to another member
- Fowl or abrupt language
- Spam / Un-Authorized Advertisement
- Off Topic Discussions
Depending on the situation, members are subject to a warning. If we feel the situation will be a repeated occurrence, you'll be automatically suspended from the cssportfolio service.
Section 6: User Abuse -
cssportfolio strives continually to keep our community protected and our service working properly. The staff at cssportfolio asks that you please report any potential threats or violations to our terms. You may notify us, by sending us an email.
By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you understand that we may immediately suspend or terminate your right to use cssportfolio. Upon the termination of a members account, we may enduringly delete all of your information and any content that may associate back to you. Members caught violating or trying to evade the suspended time period may result in a permanent suspension.
Section 7: Site & Term Updates -
cssportfolio may under its sole discretion may change, edit, modify, or add features to the website. Any changes to the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service will be effective on the posting date. Members registered prior to the changes, accept any alterations, and confirm your agreement to the modifications.
